  • Right to Rectification: You may request correction or completion of inaccurate or incomplete personal data.
  • Right to Erasure ("Right to Be Forgotten"): You may request the deletion of your personal data when it is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected or where processing is based on consent that you have withdrawn.
  • Right to Restriction of Processing: You may request that we limit processing of your data in certain circumstances, such as when you contest its accuracy or object to its use.
  • Right to Data Portability: You may request that your personal data be provided to you in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format, or transmitted to another controller, where technically feasible.
  • Right to Object: You may object to the processing of your data for legitimate interests, direct marketing, or profiling purposes.
  • Right to Withdraw Consent: Where we rely on your consent to process data, you may withdraw it at any time without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing.
  • Right to Lodge a Complaint: You may lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. For example, in Türkiye, this is the Kişisel Verileri Koruma Kurumu (KVKK); in the EEA, you may contact your national supervisory authority.
